I am a fully qualified therapist specialising in lymphoedema therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Holistic with Sports Massage, and specialist reflexology. I qualified as a Lymphoedema Therapist with the Lymphoedema Training School and trained at the Surrey School of Reflexology and the London School of Reflexology, learning the award-winning Bergman Method for advanced Face Reflexology and Zone Face Lift. I also hold Level 3 Diplomas in Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology, ensuring every treatment is safe, effective, and personalised.

Before becoming a holistic therapist, I spent 12 years in a busy A&E department. Experiencing stress first hand from the environment and its physical effects on patients taught me how deeply emotions impact the body. Research shows around 75% of modern-day illnesses are linked to stress, which inspires my approach to treat both body and mind for lasting wellbeing.
